Mediation is a process of conflict resolution in which I, as an impartial mediator, support the conflicting parties in finding an amicable solution to their conflict. As a mediator, I have the task of promoting and supporting the negotiation process as a neutral third party. I am equally committed to all parties and ensure that the mediation process is fair and transparent.
